Sub-processors used by Aris Zinc Group

 Aris Zinc Group engages carefully selected third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) to support the operation of our website and the delivery of our services.

These sub-processors may process personal information on our behalf for defined purposes. We enter into appropriate contractual and data-protection arrangements with these providers and review them periodically to ensure continued compliance with applicable privacy and security obligations.

GoDaddy Operating Company LLC (and affiliated entities)
Service / purpose: Website hosting, domain and related infrastructure services.
Types of personal information: IP address, device and browser information, usage logs and technical data.
Location of processing: GoDaddy data centres, which may include locations outside Australia.
Legal / contractual basis: Web-hosting and infrastructure agreement including applicable data-processing and security terms. 

Google LLC (reCAPTCHA)
Service / purpose: Protection of online forms against spam and automated abuse.
Types of personal information: IP address, device details and interaction data.
Location of processing: Global Google infrastructure, which may include locations outside Australia.
Legal / contractual basis: Google reCAPTCHA service terms and privacy policy.

HubSpot, Inc.
Service / purpose: Customer relationship management (CRM), marketing automation and contact management.
Types of personal information: Client and prospect contact details, communication preferences and engagement history.
Location of processing: HubSpot data-centre regions as disclosed in HubSpot documentation.
Legal / contractual basis: Executed data-processing agreement and security schedule with HubSpot. 

JobAdder Operations Pty Ltd
Service / purpose: Recruitment and applicant tracking system.
Types of personal information: Candidate CVs, application data, interview records and contact details.
Location of processing: JobAdder data-centre regions as disclosed in JobAdder documentation.
Legal / contractual basis: Executed recruitment and data-processing terms including privacy and security commitments. 

 In addition to this public list, Aris Zinc Group maintains an internal sub-processor register for governance, risk management and audit purposes.
