Stephen Coote is an experienced governance, risk and compliance (GRC) specialist with more than 25 years of professional experience across the Australian Government and private sector executive consulting environments.

As Principal of Janus Advisory, Stephen provides independent executive coaching and strategic advisory services to senior leaders, boards and executive teams. His work focuses on strengthening leadership capability, improving governance practices, and supporting organisations navigating complex regulatory and operational environments.
